THAILAND IMMIGRATION PRATICE

  • Non-Immigrant Visa Type B (Business: Working / Investment)
    • Non-Immigrant – B Visa
It is a Working Visa for foreigners who wish to work in organizations, companies, partnerships, or juristic persons in Thailand, which have an appropriate income from business operations with a minimum of 4 Thai employees and THB 2,000,000 of registered capital per 1 foreigner visa authorization.
    • Non-Immigrant – IB Visa

The applicant must show proof of funds at THB 400,000 in their bank account at least three months or proof of receipt for a monthly pension not less than THB 40,000 before the application date.

    • Dependent visa
A dependent visa would be eligible for a foreigner under the care of Thai nationality, i.e., children and parents. • Student visa (ED Visa)
The student visa shall be eligible for foreigners as students who study at accredited educational institutions in Thailand with a clear course syllabus such as language, art or culture, etc.

  • Work Permit

A work permit would be considered a permit to work or be employed in Thailand according to the terms and conditions set out in the permit.  However, after obtaining the work permit, the foreigner is obliged to procure either
